Resolutions
The Skagit Democrats uses resolutions to state the position of the organization on issues of local, state and federal importance. Resolutions can be proposed by members. Resolutions need to be reviewed and made ready by the resolutions committee prior to presentation to the Central Committee or Executive Board in order to have a simple majority for passage. Resolutions that are brought to the Central Committee or Executive Board meeting without having been submitted to the resolutions committee must achieve a super majority of 66% for passage.
If you would like to propose a resolution, please see these resolutions instructions.
